1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the facilities and services offered by Dimore Arcudi.
2. Reservations and Payments: Reservations must be made through our website, by phone, or via various booking platforms. Payment must be made according to the methods indicated at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations and Refunds: In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, available on our website at the time of purchase.
4. Liability: Dimore shall not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of clients’ property.

Rules
Pool and Terrace
• Shower is mandatory before entering the pool
• No diving, running, or leaning over the terrace
• No loud noise during quiet hours
• No food or drinks allowed in the pool
• Do not throw objects into the pool
• Umbrellas must always be closed after use due to wind
• Children must NEVER be left alone on terraces and/or in the pool
Rooftop Kitchen
• Do not leave personal items unattended
• No loud noise during quiet hours
• Please keep the barbecue, fridge, shared areas, and all provided equipment tidy
• You are responsible for any damage caused to property and/or objects
Gym
• Use is not allowed for children
• Do not leave personal items unattended
• No loud noise during quiet hours
• Music must not be played too loud
• Please put away all equipment after use
• You are responsible for any damage caused to property and/or objects
Acceptance
By using the facilities and services of Dimore Arcudi, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
